Hi Stuart have to post here as message reply is not working
its good to hear things are going well for you bud
it's no problem at all contacting me still for help etc as im still incharge of aftersales, just if you was to call the office we will be getting an assistant at some point to handle the calls etc in the office so i can hit the road
the cap for the exc12 head is etesia number 45555
the screew you ae on about is 45279 - this though could need a new nut so worth checking that before ordering from the dealership
if so this is partnumber 45414
a little hint on this head aswell, because its a ratchet system you dont need to tighten up to FT = Farmer tight as i say.
only tighten to the point that both sections sit snug together as its the rachet that holds the head in position and not this bolt

Stuart – totally agree with your last comment on the shock horror thread... re the camera – I got a fuji finepix J10 for £80 which also does 25min of video.. but there's a constant hiss on the sound – so I looked into dedicated camcorders and I'm sure I read, sounds poor on em all till you get into the several hundreds – shame really – I wanted to film the sky with skylarks and stick it up on the tune of the day thread :-)
