    1.slim down maintenance round to allow for extra one off work

    2. Increase prices for 20 clients

    3. Increase daily rates on all landscape work (you win some you loose some)

    Hurry up spring...miss the smell of grass in the morning

    Commit to maintenance work only

    Increase commercial clients

    Keep future work as close to base as possible.

    Plant 500 trees to grow on for future projects and use where site suitable
    Increase customer base
    Increase turnover and hopefully profit

    1. Buy a van (currently use my Discovery 2)
    2. Do more landscape work
    3. Invest in more professional power tools

    1. charge to remove waste
    2. only work full mornings or afternoons, no more 1 hour grass cuts!
    3. remember I'm running a business and stop doing customers favours!
