    No Experience, but I saw yesterday at my local world of water store they are now selling solar powered water features, might be worth popping down to a store to check out ?

    The only one I have seen was installed at my college by a tv gardener and it just about worked in full sun and only provided a trickle on an overcast day.

    Client of mine has one installed, & it only works in full sunshine, if a cloud passes over the sun it stops.
