You do have to pay about £50 per yr to join and access the services but it works out well if you need heavy equipment now and again - don't quote me on the price though - my dads a member so no need for me to join.
I've used them to JCB the odd rock into gardens and prices are really reasonable.
Thanks for the referral, we've set up an account at Burdens, Good range of large equipement, hired what we needed and job now done..
Also useful to find another Stihl & Garden Machinery supplier next door on same site.

Considering weed were 5-ft tall in places they guys handled it by traversing each 'line' twice in opposite directions. They also came across a large patch of bramble which was handled easier than expected. Here's a picture..........
