Get a qualified molecatcher in and your problems are solved.
I would offer my services but Newcastle to Suffolk for one mole might be a trifle expensive.

I have no affiliation with walcotefarm - just stumbled on this site a year or two ago, and having followed the authors advice, now catch moles with ease (having spent years previously thinking it was a really specialist job).
Dont set the trap in the mole hill as you will be very unlikely to catch anything!! Find the run and set the trap in there. Check out youtube as there are plenty of videos on there regarding setting traps!
We have a feral cat and hence no moles. You'll see her once in a while just sitting and staring at a patch of ground with her ears pointed forward listening, when the mole pops his head up - hey presto, no more mole
