Hi Phil

Thanks for this, but no success with the link.... any chance you could repost with something else please?

Melissa

Hi Melissa

The link should open in an email?

Try emailing direct: gdesign@davidaustinroses.co.uk

Make sure you add Designers' Handbook Landscape Juice in the title.

Ok  for me into Outlook.

I've just done it into outlook and sent an email

the link opens up an email with the heading in all you need to do is to email your details to them

maybe it doesnt work unless you have outlook?

Works from from my iPad!

Thanks Phil.  Have sent email.  I don't have Outlook and use gmail/yahoo accounts.  Often find email links don't work for me as these only seem to work if you use Outlook.

cheers Melissa

You need a mail client program to be installed and defined in Windows as the default mail program.

Web based email services ( hotmail / gmail etc) will not work as your system does not 'know' what web service you are using.

Thanks Gary.  Bit double dutch but I know what you're getting at.  Are you saying I can set this up on my pc easily or do I need to install something?

I'll take this up with them on Monday.
Use the direct email for now.
Yes you need to install an email client on your pc.

Some cost ££££ such as outlook, but many are free such as opera, thunderbird etc.

One good free one that has similar functionality as outlook is Windows Live Mail.

During sw installation you are normally asked if you wish it to become the default mail client on your system.

All those support pop, imap & most web passed email services such gmail etc

If your unable use the link if you highlight over it right click then click copy link and drop this into a new email as the to person and send above info as mentioned by Phil
