Best 2stroke oil for sthil

Have been using sthil 2stroke oil ie the pink/red oil, just going to change over to sthil HP super oil the green one,seems a lot thinner any thoughts on will it be better for machines ???? Thanks or any other oils which might be even better it's for all sthil products

    +1. Super or Ultra.  Also does not impregnate you with so much oil vapour after a long day using machinery.

    Many discussion on LJN about this, especially concerning 4Mix motors. Worth a search/read.

    Stihl moto mix is an option (as in Aspen fuel). It has the Ultra oil in it but is an alkalyte (I think) fuel so lasts much longer. Also doesn't have benzene or anywhere near as much sulphur in it so if you get headaches should prevent it.

    RRP is about £4 a litre though so quite a bit.
