trailer load capacity

i am hoping for a little advice re. trailer loads. I use a ifor Williams p7e that has a 750kg capacity and am concerned that the axle will collapse when loaded with a ton of topsoil on occassions.…Continue

on the pro53 the blade brake band idealy should be replaced at the end of you cutting season to ensure it is operating correctly. on the pro46 machines we use a differnt system with a brake pad…"

"Heh david it seems the pro 53 has a few common wee faults. I also just had this happen. Neal told me I need a new blade strip. I have not got round to fitting it yet, but it's effectively the band that grips the blade to stop it spinning. He…"

pro 53 problem with blade break
Hi guys, i am having a problem with my pro 53 LK in that the blade keeps rotating when the blade break should kick in. it is not struggling with collecting and i guess that i need to tighten the drive belt. If this is the case has anyone any advise on how to get access to it. many thanks, DavidSee More

"As regards this, as people have said, don't do it!!
The tyres on the trailer will only be rated for the maximum load that it is supposed to carry - overloading them for ANY period of time risks causing a 'blow out' - complete tyre…"

I'm pretty busy, doing mostly planting plans oddly enough lol! I find this site great for all sorts of stuff, even just knowing someone else has similar ups and downs as well as the practical stuff.
