I would be interested if it was on a weekend
From an organisational prospective, it depends on your target:
If staff/employees of a Contractor - most likely M-F would be Ok
If Sole trader/bosses - maybe Sat or M-F
However, would suggest Mon or Fri are bad days to arrange training as it can disrupt work - Monday's tend to busy days sorting out coming week's work.
If you do arrange for a Monday or Friday, the start/finish time needs to allows for sufficient travelling time (ie Mon am or Fri pm can be a nightmare commute)
I know one of the Arti Grass suppliers arranges courses for a Sat morning.
