Sounds as though you already know what's involved - which is all you need.
If it's all one block of turf there may be some economies of scale, otherwise for several plots just price it for that many plots as you would do it one at a time, only difference being less travelling between them.
Spons lists 'laying turf on prepared bed - domestic lawns' as 6 mins per m2 so on that basis, 1336m2 of turf laying should take a little over 16 work days based on 8 hour days. Seems pretty high to me. Will depend on cutting, where the turf is located, what the 'prepared bed' looks like, what finish is expected.
Their labour rate is £1.50 per m2 based on £15/hour (can be adjusted accordingly) which comes out just a tad over 2 grand. Possibly more realistic.
i priced a turfing job at £6 per meter inc turf. soil is spread only needs a wee rotovate and rake. around 2k sqm. cheap rate but thats a good rate for commercial turfing
Only you will know the area make-up, access, ground condition and charge rates. Just break it up into smaller chunks, you will know roughly how long it would take say 2 men to lay 200 sq m., giving you a figure to take forward to the full amount. Obviously the larger area will be laid more efficiently and your final price should reflect this.
i would haggle on the turf as that seems pricey especially ordering a large quantity.
