If the client was to pick up the phone to a lawn care franchise, chances are it would be in and around £25 mark and that would include fertiliser too. (Not just weedkiller)
If you're using relay, your should think about adding in some liquid fertiliser as on it's own it can burn the grass, unless of course it has been fed before hand.
As for time I can't see you being there for more than 45 mins
I did a lawn on Friday last at 160Sqm, Spraying (walk knapsack) the whole lawn took about 10-12 mins and spreading fertilizer 10 mins including weighing it out and explaining to the customer what the difference between a summer and an autumn feed was.
Total time on site 30 mins give or take a min or so.
Price £30 including chemicals and fertilizer.
David would you not consider calibrating your fertiliser spreader to save you weighing it each time?
What granular have you used and what spreader? Granular can give poor results in hot dry weather and with a badly calibrated spreader
