Basic common sense maintenance only and we can supply guidelines. In the 10 years since Priora was launched to the commercial market and more latterly the domestic market we are unaware any issues with silting. Moreover independant reports suggest that some silting occurs over a 10 year period however that only reduces the effectiveness of the system by 20%.

Excellent, but what about fines blocking it up, it this a potential problem? Does it need maintenance to prevent this?
