Max height restriction for a garden fence?
Does anyone no the max height for garden fence you can install without having to ask for planning permission for your garden?

2m is usual local to us as well.
The only time it is usually less is if it would bounder a public highway or footpath, then it can be a lot lower.
As Richard has said a quick call into planning will usually get the correct answer for you particular location.
