Writing a blog post and using photographs

I HAVE noticed a number of great photographs being uploaded to the site in the past few days, they clearly show the hard work, imagination and skills of members.

But here are a few tips to make sure you are getting plenty of bang for your buck:

- Each photograph has it's own page that you can link to directly, so should you need to email people to highlight your work you can point them at individual pages

- Each photograph also has an area where you can describe what is actually going on in the pic, so quickly highlight the job, where it was and any other interesting points

- And I bet you can see where I am going now. Each member has a blog where you are free to write up a piece about the work you've undertaken, from there you can link on through to individual images and even upload pics to the actual piece

So not only can you point potential clients to visual examples of your work, you can send them a link that explains what you've done and people can see your words and images all in one spot.
