Can anyone help.  These little critters are damaging a friends Clematis, and Roses in Italy.  They have sprayed with Roseclear but to no avail.  To me they look like a type of aphid but hard to tell from the photos, so the Roseclear should of worked, so perhaps it's not an aphid?  Any…
