About your business
I am a farmer's daughter with a life-long interest in gardening. I studied Agriculture at Edinburgh University where I gained an honours degree. I then did postgraduate research in Animal Nutrition before moving into the animal feedstuffs industry, commodity trading and financial futures broking. In 2003 I retrained as a Garden Designer through the Pickard School of Garden Design achieving a Diploma with distinction. In 2004 I set up Goose Green Design which is now a successful Garden Design and Consultancy practice based in East Lothian with clients across Southern and Central Scotland and further afield. I have just finished a design project in the Channel Islands.
