digging out the garden of this new build found a yellow plastic pipe about a ft under the ground with no protection think its the gas pipe, surely that should be lower or protected ?!
had a few new build projects all the gardens have been full of rubbish and often have drainage problems,
starting one tomorrow as well fingers crossed !

its all about doing what s right for you if you dont mind designing for free then thats fine, what you have to ask yourself is, is the client getting your full effort/attention on the design when your doing it for free, you don t want to be rushin...
only had one non paying customer they were just trying it on, small claims court was easy and straight forward and they paid straight away plus 75quid to process the claim. we always try and stay strict with payments throughout a job so if it goes...

- Yes I did suffer a bit with ageism but if you find a genuine client they will look at you for what you are and what you provide.
Just be yourself and try to do the best for every client - the word will soon spread.
