I established my own business in 1995 after completing a garden design course at Capel Manor. Previously, I had qualified as a chartered surveyor working in central London, but after a period of travel in the 1990's and work as a gardener on a 25 acre estate in New York, decided office life wasn't for me!
Most of my work is carried out in North London and, has in the past, involved both garden design and soft and hard landscaping. Recently, the business is now based around smaller landscaping projects (decking, paving, fencing, water features), seasonal garden maintenance and soft landscaping (planting, turfing).
Our services include:
Decking - softwood or hardwood.
Raised Sleeper Beds - for vegetables, alpines and specialist planting, built-in seating.
Fencing - panel and closeboard fencing, trellis work and cedar strip fencing.
Paving - front paths, terraces, patios and lawn paths using natural sandstone, granite setts, slate or limestone.
Lawn Care - mowing, feeding, scarifying and turfing.
Pruning: Hedge Cutting, Fruit Trees, Box Hedge Topiary.
Mulching: to improve the soil condition, retain moisture and to reduce maintenance.
Planting: Trees, Shrubs, Perennials supplied from reputable nurseries and installed.
Pots and Containers: supplied and planted.
Irrigation : small irrigation systems installed with a tap operated timer.
Jet Washing: patios, decks and driveways. Repairs and re-pointing can also be undertaken at the same time.
