"I wanted to use it have a database ready to use but you need the opt in permission of those people you want to email. Obviously the first email would ask them to opt in or at the very least give them the opportunity to opt out. It seems like a catch…"

like any landscaping project prices are relative to what you can afford.Many people have never had their driveway replaced so the sums involved can be a eye opener.

Yes buying a diy kit for small areas and pathways can be purchased inexpensively unfortunately it is not a off the shelf item because of the choice of gravels availible.Many companies on the internet now sell DIY KITS.(We can sell resin gravel kits to diyers or landscape contractors for small areas)
