"I have the BR600 I only use it when removing cores from lawns however my hand held stihl is used every day, it is called the petrol brush ("get the petrol brush out the van")"

"I've had three BR600's and now won't touch them with a barge pole. Get yourself a used echo pb650/755 in good condition and it will last years. They are noisy and not as powerful as the latest stihls or echos but you get bullet proof…"

"Makita 4 stroke, BBX 7600. Ultra low vibes, much quieter than 2 stroke, no mixing, no fumes, starts first pull, never use choke, ear defenders not essential for modest jobs. Parts easily available. I don't bother with a hand held anymore."
