About your business
I have been operating my own, small, business for the last two years, working on, mainly domestic projects and covering all aspects of landscaping: horizontal and vertical surfaces, fencing, turfing including full preparation, drainage, and soft landscaping including the planting of semi mature trees.

Previously I worked for LDC on public, amenity and, 'high end' domestic projects as part of the hard landscaping team. Originally I was an NCH qualified tree surgeon: I still climb and absolutely love tree work, but I'm getting a bit old and creaky to do it every day.

Always happy to complete sub-contract work for other Landscapers and Designers.

Job Vacancy

Posted on July 30, 2011 at 9:42 0 Comments

Morning everyone,

I realise nearly everyone here is running their own business but the firm for whom I work have a vacancy and I thought I'd post it here in case someone is looking for a job.

LDC are looking for a trainee, first job, part time student, type person to join one of our teams, now.

The work is 95% hard landscaping, mainly in and around London.  We meet early in the morning and, like everyone here, work hard.  Projects are a mix of residential, local…

Thanks for the add John :) - my family is of course the single most important element in my life and I now approach every decision with them at the forefront of my mind... instead of trying to be superman.
