Let’s face it, one of the most difficult and yet important, issue is how much to charge for you service.

Without meaning to sound rude, I don’t want to know or care if you are £7 per hour or £250 per day labour rate – It is doesn’t really matter. I am up at 6AM six days a week.

I always have a peek at the spam folder in case the filter is over zealous. Thankfully all junk this morning. I received a voicemail message at ten past eight this morning from one of my clients asking if I could call them back urgently.

It turned out that they had a “visit” the other day from a gardening company asking if they would like their hedges cut. Now we have previously quoted for this work a few years back but was too expensive as the client likes a bargain so happy to leave it for someone else.

When I turned up at 8:30 it felt like world war three was about to start!

It’s nearly 9PM on Friday evening and BGS minor who reminded me she is in fact 14 and not 13 as I have previously stated on one of my previous posts demanded to know if I have booked her flight ticket to the States!

Unfortunately not as it has been a busy day – no time to discuss it as she requires a lift to a party.
