This is a project that ran part within the builder/developers remit and then continued beyond that by working directly with the client. This gives the project continuity as we are fully aware of where services are and how things were laid out by the builder so the site runs very smoothly. As with most of these types of project, what was drawn by the architect wasn't the end result, we are very flexable and are happy to lease between the client and designer to get the most practical solutions to provide the perfect results to problems that the designer doesn't foresee in a project until construction is actually underway.
