Im considering 'subbing in' an experienced hard landscaper to assist on some of our jobs this year, probably only one or two days a week, however i have never done this before and im unsure how it works. Do i need to inform HMRC of this or do i just get him to write me an invoice for the hours worked? Also, will my employers liability insurance cover him or should he have his own?
