Thanks neal / les for the quick response. I have dealt with tuckwells from their rayleigh branch for there jd equipment allways found them to be excellent with their sales and aftersales so thats good to know. I will get in touch with them at their ardleigh branch as im almost certain that the rayleigh one doesn't do etesia machines, maybe they could order them from there. thanks again

our new etesia uk site is up and running now, and on there is a dealer location tool which will give you your closest dealer there number and the person there to contact aswell.
