Here is a site I turned up to today, a new contract. I, of course, had to postpone. The lawns just 4-5 miles away were fine, but this was up a hill a bit.
arrrrgggghhhh keep that up there! i, like most on my allotment site have planted my allotment up with all the veg i'm growing this year and ive sown the seed direct and they are all still very tiny. i wouldnt mind a bit of rain as the ground is very dry.
I had my shorts on yesterday in east belfast and today was splashing frostproofer into the mix. Gave up at about 2.30 as the horizontal sleet was starting to bite.
rain mid morning onward today no snow but has now got windy i remember a job i was on a lot of years ago with a government Clarke of works he would not let you wall till it was 5 degrees and rising and stop on the reverse
Bright and sunny down here in East Sussex, blue skies but a cold breeze.
