Is it worth breaking your balls on the clearance work with no regular maintenance agreement ?
I wouldn't be interested in the one off job unless it was for top money and if your anything like me you would have quoted low for the tidy up so as to not put them off for the regular maintenance.
If the moneys not right then don't mug yourself off, tell them where to stick it.
i have just looked at the long range forecast for august and the atlantic jet stream is heading south again after next week ,which means more precipitation
