  I agree with you! It is getting to the point where I am hanging onto the weather forecaster's every word! It makes life very difficult when you have new plantings to get established, and you can't rely on the client to do the job when you are not there. It is also very hard to get clients to understand that even if it has rained for an hour or two, the ornamental planters and hanging baskets still need watering!

  A local discount shop was doing somecheap timers. I got some and rented them to clients.
  
  A lot of members North of watford are talking about the hot weather and lack of water. I was under the impression that if the sun came out in Scotland, it gets reported as a U.F.O. sighting!!!

  I have had to explain / chastise to 2 customers this week, watering means every other day at least.
  
  Still I like being paid to water plants, beats weeding with ants crawling everywhere.
