van insurance pest calls
renewed my van insurance with direct line monday good deal ...since then have been pestered by insurance firms .one in particular has rung 25 times ??? i answered them a few times only to be hung up on . its taking me a frustrated phone call to them threatening police action to get them to remove my phone no off their records .
the firm is called AUTONET .
is this pestering down to GO COMPARE where i put my details to get quotes ?
anybody had any similar problems ?

If getting just quotes never, never give your real phone number. Confirm it/change it once you decide to go with them.
I got fed up with Compare The Market call, so I found out their head office number (via www.saynoto0870.com) and put that in with my details.
Now they just end up calling themselves.
Never did go with them. Get far better service and prices via a good business insurance broker.

Went on a comparison site at least three years ago and I get non stop phone calls for about a month, every year since!
These sites should have a warning attached to them.
