I have been getting vibrations etc after using machinary but sort of noticed it got quite bad, especially when I bend my head sort of get a shiver of nerves go through my arms and they tingle.... notice it first thing in morning when having a wash... duno what I've done went to doctors but didnt really help.....
am I just overdoing it do you think, I'm packed out with work to the max now and thinking maybe time to employ someone before I go under lol
Ian, not directly related but for the future:
Go to a good hire chain and get a copy of their traffic light vibration guide to tools (now mandatory for hire shops based on HSE directives). Pick a chain that uses, say, Stihl and it should be reasonably accurate.
It lists all machinery in a grid format and classifies them green, amber and red and then gives max daily usage times and whether breaks or continuous use affects you.
It's a starting place and at least makes you think....
its a trapped nerve or sciatica - go to gp asap before it gets worse . id stop work for a day at least.
if your injured u will need months never mind days,...
i have 'white finger' which it could be as stu says we are not experts.
rest, hot bath , cup of tea ....... hot/cold ! shower , parecetemol ?? take it easy good luck
i know im not meana self diagnose but think its this
Get an opinion from a medical professional.
Sounds like a trapped nerve but what do i know ?
