Not a criticism, but why on earth would you flail ragwort? It does nothing for the control, is frowned on by the EA and is counter productive as it ensures a healthier, larger crown to rush to seed next time?
Also, Could you email over your day-rate for Subsioling with the mole plough, assuming it can go down at least 36 inches - I may have a job in north leeds on 3 acres of compacted clay - It would be a full day moling as its a tough field.
