The APL and Trustmark

HiJust looking at theses trade associations and wondering if any LJ members have joined theses schemes and if so are they worth the money.I think APL alone is £350 plus a one off joining fee of £95! To join the trust mark scheme you must become a member of APL.

You need to be a member of Landscape Juice Network to add comments!

It would be interesting to know what advice the APL and BALI are issuing to its members during these difficult times?

I haven't even seen an article from the 'UK's representative' landscaping association, BALI in Hort Week - what an opportunity to attract new members missed.

The last news to appear on the APL site was from the beginning of November - surely their members have had a story to tell since then?
  • i have looked
    had phonecalls (fsb) etc
    thought
looked again - they all seem to conflict :-?
i can see any advantage for me (just spending more money)

u can learn /aspire to quality/perfection without office bods being in control of ur finances !!
  •  i am considering joining the trustmark scheme to give my business more credability in these difficult times.

Does joining a recognised trade scheme benefit a business ?

Are customers more likely to ask for  a quote place a order to a company who has a recognised trademark after its name.
