Tender training with B2B quote

Hi, I am just going through my first tender, and to say that it is intimidating would be an understatement. I have passed the PQQ and have now had the ITT. At the moment I do feel a bit out of my depth but this is where I want to steer my business in the future. So I feel that tendered contracts are the way forward for me.
I have found this current tender on mytender.org and have read on this site about B2Bquote.
My tenders is a free web site, where as B2B is £4 per week? Is this a good site? A worth while cost?
B2B has just sent me details of a 1 day Tender training coarse at £299 +vat + travel. Has any one done one of these coarse´s. Are the worth it?
