Hi guys just wondering if any of you have a terms and conditions policy for your companys, as im thinking of making one but i really dont know what things to put on it, but i thought it would be useful so i could maybe give a copy to customers i quote for them to have a read through, opinions guys ?? :)

You need lots of different versions for different clients and different types of jobs. Keeps everyone clear on what the agreement is all about.

Good luck. If you are dealing with consumers the law is a nightmare. Terms and Conditions can run into many pages. If you do have any you must include a cooling off period under the distance selling act (as you are likely to be conducting your business at their properties and not on your own premises.

If you deal with businesses, Terms and Conditions can be much simpler.
