I was just wondering if any of you use any downloadable programs ease the administrative areas of your business.
Currently I manage about 120 hours a week, have three employees and still using a excel spreadsheets for invoicing, scheduling and accounts...and it is all becoming bit of a bind and time consuming.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and are now using any packages?

Currently I'm trying out PHPBMS, which im finding very interesting - and Im seriously considering using it next year. It also allows for stock control etc - worth a look. Its Open-source and free, but does require some IT understanding to get up and running.

Hi Sefton, we use quickbooks accounting for invoicing and payroll, and excel for work scheduling, I also have three employees plus myself oh and the missus part time lol
