  • There's a few of us, why not. I suggest either a Friday or Saturday evening somewhere central, west end of Glasgow, Shawlands, could make it a curry night seeing as we are the curry capital of the UK!

  • Yeah, sounds like a plan Dan.

Maybe in a couple of weeks?

  • In terms of numbers, yes mate, but when it comes to the creme de la creme, Glasgow rules... we also invented tikka masala. I quote from the 2010 article "This year Bradford came second with Wolverhampton in third place". If you ever visit Mr Singh's you'll know what I mean.

I think you will find that the curry capital is Bradford, closely followed by Brick Lane, E2.

  • PRO

Don't forget to add initial details of the get-together to the Events feature of the network, it is a little easier to display time, date and location of the get-together.

There is also a simple RSVP system built in to the events service so people can quickly say if they are able to attend.

    Any questions just shout.

  • OOOOH!!!  I would love to come and meet up, have beer and a chat.  Am struggling with some things and need some sensible answers to some daft questions, so count me in.
  • Craig as soon as we agree on a date we'll get one up there.

Is fri 15th or Sat 16th any good for people? Mr Singh's, Mother India or Shish Mahal if we're after curry?

  • Going to struggle that weekend to be honest. Could make this Sat 9th if that is any good?

Good to see a bit of interest anyway. Thought it was just going to be me and you Dan. Some fine wine, a curry, candles, maybe some Barry White playing in the background...

  • I'll check with the boss when she gets home, make sure she's not booked me up for anything for Sat.
