Over growen trellace

8 ft high trellace swamped with growth and various other shrubs..rough lawn around 10x10 with a good 10 inches of last years growth on it..now way was i going on her ladder to sort out the top of that trellace..could have easily collapsed on me.. but would do the sides shape the shrubs and cut the grass for £50 couple of hours work..on the way out she asked how much to power wash around the house..all blocked concrete and black..used to be grey.. 8x4 meters minimum..told her i would charge £40 to give it a blast..she replied buy asking is that in the price..and she was completly serious..never got the job and happy.
