I think you might want to get a few more mentions of your location, I only saw the fact you are in Norwich in the Keyowrds of the site, but even just having an address on each page would be a start.

 

Also I think some people might find it difficult to read some of the green coloured links on a dark grey background.

 

And I don't actually know who I am likely to be doing business with, there is no name or mention of your background etc.

 

You might also want to consider a newsletter, especially seeing that you write regular pieces for other publications, use this same content to stay in touch with potential clients directly.
