Hello all,
I am currently a student at sparsholt college studying BSc Garden Design. For my dissertation I am researching around the subject of native plants.
If you are a practicing garden designer or studying garden designer then please take part in my Native plant survey, this is part of my research for my dissertation. It would be a massive help if you could all partake in the survey and I would appreciate it immensely!
Dont worry, you do not need to give any personal details for this survey and it only take a few moments.

qualifications, the members on here have a two way symbiotic relationship
with each other.
One question, exactly why did you decide to ignore my previous THREE QUESTIONS ???
Permalink Reply by Joshua Handrick on April 5, 2012 at 22:29 "John" Firstly, you clearly do mean to be negative, if you don’t approve of my discussions then do not look at them and certainly do not comment on them if you are going to be negative and unsupportive. Secondly and fortunately, you do not dictate what the landscape Juice forum discusses and is used for. It is a free forum website to discuss the relevant subject, mine being gardening and garden design aimed. Clearly whilst you are questioning my use of the Landscape juice forum in your opinionated manor, you have completely missed the many others you have been very helpful with my "qualifications" in my discussions and blogs, one even recommending that I create a survey and present in onto this website, which I have done. Thirdly, you are clearly frustrated that I have no responded to your "questions", you must not have realised that the discussion had ended. And there was no "questions" for me to respond to that would benefit my "qualifications". Thank you and good night.

Hi John
There shouldn't be any problem Joshua using LJN to help him with his studies.
I'm sure he'll add something at some stage that others will find useful to them.

Joshua, survey complete. Good luck in your quest.
Most LJN members will go out of they way to assist each other in some form or another and pull together as a unit.
As the sign says on the back of Tesco shopping trolley collectors tee shirts say "here to help".
Kerry Jackson.

Joshua, completed from my limited amount of garden planning/designing for our sites
Following on from a comment made earlier, one thing you can 'give back' & that a lot would appreciate is seeing the outcome of the survey ....
Permalink Reply by Tanya Batkin on April 6, 2012 at 12:59 Well, what a telling exchange.
Good luck with your survey. I hope you get the results you're looking for. If not you could always alter them.

Ok, I won't bother to ask you any more questions Joshua ..... lol,
- Unless I think of any that might benefit your qualifications.
Permalink Reply by Joshua Handrick on April 6, 2012 at 13:53 Thank you all for you support and participation in my survey, its much appreciated. Of course i will create a blog/disscusion once my dissertation is completed, with all my thoughts and results expressed. Once again many thanks

I have had time to think about our little exchange last night, and I
realise that it was wrong of me to expect you or anyone else to act in
a certain manner on LJN, it is an open site and everyone can do what
they want, and it is not up to me to dictate the terms and conditions.
So feel free to gain as much information as you want,
I will try to get the survey done this weekend.

Permalink Reply by Brigitt Stevenson on April 8, 2012 at 4:02 Hello Joshua,
Hope your studies in Garden Design are enjoyable...Good luck
But you must also when asking a question be prepared to answer questions and not take them as negative comments, but as comments from Experienced hard- working individuals, who may be interesting in knowing questions as well, hopefully you will post the findings of your thesis here on Ljn...
You learn from people's critical points and must be able to take them all in, whether it is negative or positive...
Have an open mind and be willing to answer all questions, because I know in Studies and in the real world, Professors and Clients will have many questions, so don't judge a person's questioning if you cannot answer them...Some people have a sense of humour and open up better with more questions..
And when you post anything on any forums be prepared for all kinds of replies, and accept them, and btw John has answered many many questions on Ljn for a long time, Intelligent answers with many questions :)))
Best of luck
