Hey everyone,

My business is getting to a crucial stage now, i have myself and another gardener doing a full time round as well as using an apprentice, however we ar also getting a large influx of landcaping jobs. rather than subbing them out i would like to take on another skilled gardener to take over my round so that i can concentrate on projects and running the business. I have worked out that even if i have no projects i can earn enough to survive so i think this is the way to go.

My question is, do any of you know a good way to recruit a good member of staff? The last thing i want to do is employ a "blagger" and lose half of my bread and butter customers.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

If any of you are interested in working for a small friendly company with a good variation of work i devon then please do send me an email at info@tglandscapes.co.uk.

Pay is dependant on exprience and a driving licence is essential.

I am ideally looking for someone with a good general knowledge of gardening/horticultural practices.

Must be fit and healthy and enjoy working on your own as well as in a team.
