I have set up a group so that I can add all of the leads for potential work to the network.

It is open to all members but we will keep it behind a password so that we do not lose the initiative by making the details available to the wider world.

If you have not received an invitation directly then please click on the group and you will be admitted.

A lead for an urgent garden tidy up on a half acre garden in the Wigan area has been posted in the garden leads group.

I am happy to post it here too because the client has requested that I collate details of the businesses that are interested and email here direct.

Garden tidy up lead in half an acre - Wigan area.

Anyone interested, cold you please email me philipvoice@gmail.com and I will pass the list directly to the client.

Details:

I'm in the process of moving house and desperately need the garden tidying I'm not in a position to do it myself as I'm self employed and work 24 seven.

I did have a buyer however they've just pulled out. I need to concentrate on decorating with every spare min I have which isn't much.

I just need the garden to look presentable there just under half an acre but I only have a small budget hence the move and downsizing.

Could you recommend anyone in my area. I'm just outside of Wigan off junction 27 M6."

Please note that the budget for this project is £100 - I have assumed the client means £100 per month so I'll urge anyone who wishes to chase this lead to carry out their own due diligence.

A new project lead has been received:

Details: Semi-formal garden in rural area. Have 1930's built puddled-clay and stone-wall-lined formal oval pond, now leaking, thinking of a more natural looking pool that fits well into the rest of the garden planting. For budgeting purpose, I'm proposing to break-up the concrete surround and remove the side walls before beginning the project in an attempt to help the budget
