WOW . . . . where to start
I have had a lot of great weekends away attending various forum meeting over the years but this has got to be one of the best I have attended, from stepping off the train in Birmingham on Friday afternoon and waiting a few minutes for Kerry Jackson's train to arrive and the welcome given by Kerry was just fantastic and set the mood for the rest of the afternoon and into the evening ending at about 3am the following Saturday morning, the sun was shining, the pubs were busy and the beer was flowing . . . . what more could you ask for
Kerry Jackson your a top man my friend :)
The meeting went very well covering all aspects of what was on the agenda plus other topics too in great detail and it was a pleasure to see members who I have not met before plus meet up with others who I have met on previous occasions, a great night with great people who have a common interest sharing ideas . .
The Chinese restaurant was the best I have ever dined in and is well worth a visit if your ever in Birmingham, the staff were very friendly and the service was superb and the food to die for plus it was located straight facing the entrance to the hotel and was less than 60 feet away for staggering back to the hotel bar :)
Chung Ying Chinese Restaurant
a big thanks to everyone especially Phil for organising the meeting and here's looking forward to the next one :)

Well what can I say that hasn't been said. I was a little apprehensive aboout attending as I am not technically in the industry but you lot couldn't have been nicer! Felt very welcome and comfortable so didn't keep my mouth shut even though I had promised myself I would!
It was very interesting to learn the value of Landscape Juice from a number of different perspectives, all agreed that it does an excellent job and that it's total worth is unknown as many people do not feedback.
Landscaping can be a lonely business for many and the chance to share concerns, get advice or just download the day with someone that understands is clearly invaluable to many, keep up the good work Phil and thanks for the opportunity to meet you lovely folk. Hope to catch up with you all again soon x

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to pop my comment in. Only got back yesterday and promptly slept for 3 hours in the afternoon:)
We had a perfect lively mix of focussed business coupled with friendly informal discussion amongst us all. I loved the way the talk flowed and three hours seemed to pass in no time.
For me it was a perfect example of being able to focus and re-focus on the needs of LJN and its members.
I have to say the meal afterwards was cracking (thanks to Mick) sadly some members couldn't stay but those that did will remember it for the company and the outstanding food:)
Thanks to (from my memory going clockwise around the table) Dave, Mick, Kerry, Robin, Craig, Jill and Simon, Nick, Lindsey and Jill for making the event a success.
And a great gesture helping Rob Mick:)
I will be writing a summary of the whole tour in the next day or so.
