When I started to read the e-mail below, ummm a nice project to finish off the year or maybe kick off next year? Then the cynicism sunk in! Big garden but only a two line e-mail? Not the normal type of enquiry for a larger project. 0703 isn't that a premium number?! The temporary rush of adrenaline fades away...

Anyone else get these e-mails?

I have just had this email too (although it was .5 acre garden and the name was Peter Mansfield). Luckily my husband suggested I searched google using the mobile number and this thread came up, so there's one lead I won't be following.
Yep we got this about 2 months ago, thought it was our lucky day, there was an email address too, now it makes sense as we've never seen this article b4, was a mug to be taken in.
These driving instructors were left the same mobile number:

I got this email too a couple of months ago, but I generally don't call people as I think if they are serious they will call me, and I send a questionnaire instead. This normally sorts the time wasters out and obviously I got spared the expense. Find it really depressing that someone is targeting the already stretched and stressed landscaping industry in this cynical and unpleasant way.
This arrived last week - seemed strange so I wasn't too surprised when my reply came to nothing. The good news? My website is obviously being seen by someone!

Paul

Did the email address in the email correspond with the sender's email address or did they differ?
