If it's the pro Honda you can buy a replacement bag for about £40 on ebay. They are black, like the Kubota versions, so they look a lot better than the white ones.
I used to have a similar problem with bags on my Hayter Harriers where the fabric was stitched through the plastic base kept coming away - had two new fabrics as warranty replacements - STILL did it, ended up drilling small holes through the plastic and looping cable ties (smallest ones I could find) through the bag mesh and the base.
Worked for years - cost pennies.... Tip - position the 'cut' end of the cable ties somewhere it DOESN'T stab you in the hand when emptying the bag....

Don't know about the 19" bags. It's worth asking your regular dealer as he'll likely discount to any online price, or at least near to it.
Usually things are cheaper than you'd think, so worth a call. It's often easier to buy new than to repair it!
