I manage an estate that is gradually growing in complexity & the range of things that I am responsible for, particularly H&S management. My diary is overworked, but handy to keep nearby, yet, if I leave my e-calendar clear (ie - not filling in every activity we do out in the grounds,) it displays to my colleagues a trouble free week - I wish!

I would be keen to learn of the approach that other grounds/estate managers take in terms of managing the various elements of an estate, eg: H&S, machinery, garden maintenance and facilities maintenance programmes etc.

I'm especially interested to learn of any computer packages that may be available & useful?

Regards

Gary

Hi Gary

Our software LiberRATE is the major tool for managing cost and ensuring profitability on the UK landscape industry helps you to manage the costs of your job and your machinery. You can download a free trial at www.landpro.co.uk. The maintenance module is switched off by default but call me once you've downloaded it and I'll show you how to work with it. Sam 01252 795030

Hi Sam,

Many thanks, I shall have a look at this during the week and call as and when. Kind regards,

Gary
