Now is a good time to treat Ground Elder, when the growth is fresh. We use Roundup, we like to make it a season long process, so be patient.
You have a couple of options. The first is Roundup Pro Biactive 450, but this would kill any grass which is near by (unless you used a weed wiper).
The second option and probably the better of the two would be a product called broadshot. Broadshot is completely selective so it will not harm the grass. It has an active ingredient called Triclopyr which is about the best product on the market on tough woody weeds. We have it available in a 1L or 5L container.

I also have had good success with normal roundup 450. I have over the course of 2 seasons almost irradicated it from a woodland garden which was rife with it.

I personally use 2.4D (Depitox) for the first hit of the season and then re-growth is sprayed with Glyphosate, Generally speaking this works and is 100% effecitive. The 24D is selective and will not harm grass nearby too which is a good benefit.
what about grazon?90
or triathlon/relay?
Grazon will work well Id expect, but personally I tend to stick with Glyph and 2-4D as they are much cheaper, Id save grazon and relay etc for the lawn care - unless you are in the unuusal case of having g eldar in a lawn.

24-d is only a contact herbicide so at best it will only burn the top growth off. You really want something which will penetrate the root if you want to stop it coming back. Anything that contains glyphosate will do the job as well as products which contain Triclopyr like Broadshot and Grazon (although watch approvals with grazon as only permitted in pasture)
