Hi Dani
Enviromat can supply the green roofing bit. For the shed try Cranes Sheds from Norfolk, Olympian Garden Buildings from Cheshire or Taylors Garden Buildings - also from Norfolk. Either of these companies will supply suitable buildings with or without the green roof included

lindum turf do a wildflower roll out turf which makes a great green roof

Dani you don't mention how large the shed is likely to be. To give you an idea of the load bearing requirements for our wild flower roof turf; the saturate weight of the entire solution of turf + 100mm depth of substrate (growing medium) would be 130Kg/m².
A small shed probably wouldn't need reinforcing but in the end its always going to be worth making the effort on a larger shed in order to enjoy a beautiful wild flower roof.
I met these guys during the build at Hampton Court last week
