Clone tool

 I need a free photo imaging program with a clone tool.


 Does anyone know of one ?

 Just to explain what it does,

  You put one circle on an area that needs to be copied on the photo, and then move a second circle around which then pastes the copied circle onto your choosen place.  So grass can be extended over a flower bed, or a patio shrunk etc.

I'm pretty sure GIMP has a clone tool.

It's an open source photoshop clone itself and is quite powerful for a free bit of software.

gimp is one of the best tools for this and even better its free

Re. Gimp - I just wanted to share this photo with you. It was produced by my daughter Fleur (she's thirteen).

Fleur loves photography and art. She's the creative one of my two kids (her elder brother Henry is more academic).

She taught herself how to use gimp.

There is a free download on the Serif web site,this has a clone tool on,very much like photoshop,only works on windows not macs unless you bootcamp
