Other options might be hiring a powered sweeper (see Kirsten Machines).
Or you might do both!....
But it depends on money and what you and the client want to achieve. Sorry to be vague, just throwing things out there for you.
As Nick said http://www.kersten-machines.com/K-series-sweeper-group.htm
Factor in the rental charge and not only would you do a stunning job but will save you a lot of time and make a fair profit
Thanks guys. I am going to check out a sweeper tomorrow. I will let you know the out come. Do you use spray first?. Or is the sweeper as good as the web site says?
Thanks
I hired a wire brush sweeping machine last winter and the results were not as perfect as you might think. They leave scratch marks on the surface and don't get all the moss out.
Saying that, iv'e just bought one so they do have their place but don't expect miracles. I think bringing hard surfaces back to life needs repeated spraying, scrubbing, spraying, scrubbing at times when you can squeeze it in among your other responsibilities.
There's no money in it on our sites as i'm always bidding against contractors who just won't bother with moss clearing anyway.
