  • Hi paul

All my customers get a card with a business newsletter inside, telling them how this year's gonne and what my plans are for next year. Just about to start it actually. A couple of bigger clients also get home made dundee cakes - but I spoil my lot!!!
  • Cards will go out next and newsletter (with a bit of upsell!) to all regulars and then another batch out to previous clients / one offs etc from within the last 18 months but I include a slightly different newsletter.

Most will have a hand writen note on the card to make it more personal, will probably take about 3 - 4 evenings effort.

Payrol / Office managers - food hamper! Got to keep sweet the person who signs off the commercial invoices :-)
